The Start of my Juicing Journey

It's not secret that I am overweight. This means I need to take charge of my health to achieve my purpose in life. Last year, I started my juicing and maybe I wasn't that so inspired to finish my 60-day juice fast, I went back to my normal life. Fastfood, preservatives and junk food...all crap.

I stumbled to Super Juice Me, a documentary about the group of people who undergo Juice Camp to cure their diseases for 28 day juice fast. That's a lot of time. It's really a challenge and they passed with flying colors.

So I dust off my juicing again and work on my juice + eating plan. Yes you heard that. Juice with eating. My plan is to have this 10 day juicing with eating + 10 days of juice fast (no eating of solid food) + 10 day of juicing with eating.

Green juice for lunch. I had the orange juice for breakfast.

It's been my second day of juicing and I feel great. I am looking forward to finish this journey and see massive result in my bod.
